After placing my order, the customer service was fantastic! Shipping time fantastic! I am using the locket as a gift for my daughter on her wedding day and had questions about the inside of the locket. A video was sent to answer all of my questions. I placed pieces of wedding dresses from her grandmother, her sister, and mine, in the locket. The locket is beautiful! Engraving beautiful. Overall very happy with the purchase. I would buy from this shop again.

The seller is amazing! I wanted this for Father’s Day and i needed the shipping changed to my dad’s house; she helped me out and it arrived the day before! My dad LOVES this pendant, my only comment would be that the chain you can order with it is very feminine and my dad doesn’t like the chain, so I will be ordering a different, more masculine one. Otherwise, for the pendant and customer service I would give 6 stars if I could ^_^ thanks for making my dad’s day!
