Return Policy - non personalized items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (non personalized items) - for any reason - return it in its original, unused condition within 30-days of our ship date for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping & handling. Please follow steps 1-4 below.
Engraved or personalized items CANNOT be returned and are not covered by the above money back policy BUT if we make a spelling error or if the item is structurally damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
We have extended our return deadline for holiday purchases.
Items shipped between November 1 and December 15 may be returned in accordance with the policy below by the following January 15 for refunds.
For orders where the shipping charge is waived, JMckinley will deduct actual shipping paid on the customers behalf in the event the item is returned.
- List Your Name, address, Description of the item you are
- returning and the reason for the return.
- Items must be received undamaged to receive credit.
- We take a great deal of care in packaging our items so they dont move during shipment. Please package the item tightly in the jewelry box and the jewelry box tightly in the shipping box. If you hear anything when the box moves, it is not packaged tightly enough and could get damaged.
Because so many people have sent returns so badly packaged and with no care to our products, we have had to adjust our return policy.A 10% improper packaging fee will be charge for returns that are not packaged with care for the protection of the merchandise.
We do not issue refunds for damaged returns.
